AGROMEX was founded in 1989 and has been involved in the real estate industry since 1991. Since then, the projects have involved quality refurbishments of housing stock as well as the development and delivery of new construction concepts. Intensive support is ensured at the branch offices in Berlin and Leipzig for the projects, the majority of which, have been completed in the New Länder.

To meet the different demands in construction and support, legal entities have been set up for individual properties during the development of the company. This has guaranteed for each case, both efficient construction and property management.

One important aspect of the company’s focus is the continual upgrading of the property development. Based on our comprehensive experience in the field, we are able to predict and implement future quality standards in the building development during the early stages. Combined with our existing support structures it is possible for us to offer real estate where the complete chain of added value comes from one source.
