The Molecules

Landmark with River View.

It is a project aiming high with its two slim residential towers and one apartment high-rise. Their planned arrangement ensures that all apartments have windows in two directions and therefore overlook both the River Spree and the downtown skyline. Attractive floor plans make the units absolutely suitable for modern living formats. The four top floors are earmarked for generously proportioned penthouse levels with custom layout. Spacious patios as well as green areas and leisure spaces translate into a high quality of stay. A complementary grocery and gastronomic concept further enhances life in the quarter. The underground car park with its lateral access and exit ramps keeps traffic entirely off the grounds. Sales are expected to start in QIV 2023.

The Molecules:

The Molecules are being developed in Alt-Treptow, a locality defined by plenty of greenery and Belle Époque buildings that has become one of Berlin’s most attractive residential locations while having long been an insider tip among locals. Located in the immediate vicinity of the high-rise development, out on the River Spree, is the sculpture “Molecule Man,” straddling the boundaries of the districts of Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg and Alt-Treptow, and lending its name to this residential development.

Size-wise, Alt-Treptow counts among the city’s smallest localities, and the parklands of Treptower Park accounts for roughly one third of its territory. The green spaces along Landwehr Canal and the riverside location on the bank of the Spree invest the place with a high leisure and recreational potential. In the north, across the river, lies the trendy district of Friedrichshain. Located on the far bank is the Mediaspree development area, one of the most dynamic and successful submarkets anywhere in Germany or indeed in Europe. West of the locality lies the time-honoured district of Kreuzberg, known for its creative media scene and its urban culture.
