The housing complex consists of seven interconnected residential buildings on the district boundaries of Treptow, Kreuzberg and Neukölln. A total of 159 handicap-accessible flats with patios or balconies were completed here in 2017. It was sold to the local housing association WBM. Out of the total, 40 residential units are rent-controlled and let on particularly low rents, thus helping to maintain the social structure typical for Berlin. Ultimately, it contributes significantly to the creation of affordable housing in the inner city of Berlin.
